Andrew James scored three times, blitzing the back line of the Heritage Patriots for his first career hat trick as the Bellmont Braves defeated the Heritage Patriots in their annual rivalry game 4-0 at the BHS Soccer Stadium.

The fourth goal came off the foot of Daniel Vogel and the Braves used a tag-team of goalies to keep the Patriots out of the net, with Xavior Palacios and Parker Frietas playing excellently in goal.

Frietas, who was named Man of the Match for Bellmont in their game against Luers Tuesday, finished with four saves.

Assists for Bellmont came from Alex Schirack, Jake Hackman and Colsen White.
The Braves outshot Heritage 14-6 in the contest. Christian Morales led the Patriots with three shots on goal. Toby Henning made four saves for Heritage.
